Job summary

The ASM will develop new clients, manage existing accounts, mentor branch sales staff, and coordinate with operations, credit, and service teams to deliver value and results. Strong communication and proven sales success are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Accounting or equivalent working experience.
• 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Industry or tangent industry sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license with minimal violations
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship in the future.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver customized solutions.
• Develop relationships at all client levels, including C-level executives.
• Maintain a strong pipeline to meet sales goals.
• Track and report sales activity using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Retain and renew customer contracts.
