Rocky Brands, Inc. is seeking a Durango Boot Territory Sales Manager to maximize sales across Washington and Oregon by building relationships with retailers and executing sales plans. This role requires travel up to 75%, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and a proven outside sales track record.

You will develop distribution, support marketing initiatives, and represent our brands in dynamic markets. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, the ability to work independently,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years outside sales experience in related role.
• 1–3 years outside sales to major retailers preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
• Understanding of customer needs and market segmentation.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time and overnight.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds when required.
