Job summary

Rocky Brands, Inc. is seeking a Durango Boot Territory Sales Manager to maximize sales across a Washington & Oregon territory by building strong retailer relationships and applying strategic sales processes.

The role requires proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to travel up to 75% with overnight stays. You’ll work to develop distribution and implement brand loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years outside sales experience.
• Experience selling to major retailers and distributors.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plan consistently.
• Solicit orders, manage current distribution and grow points of distribution.
