Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in Pensacola, FL to execute store-level sales and promotional plans with key retailers. You will drive incremental sales, manage distribution of Hershey items, and build consultative partnerships with KDMs to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: GED/HS Diploma required; 2-year Associate or 3 years sales experience; Bachelor's strongly preferred.
• Must have valid US driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.
• Ability to lift 10-60 lbs and perform physical merchandising tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and tablet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Consultative business partnering with KDMs to develop action plans and increase sales.
• Build and manage customer relationships across territory and channels.
• Drive and execute store-level promotions and merchandising strategies.
• Analyze store/product/market data to guide decisions and optimize routes.
• Complete daily/weekly activity reports and maintain administrative functions.
