Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Winter Haven, FL area. The role focuses on flawless execution of store-level sales and promotional plans with retailers, driving incremental sales and ensuring 100% distribution of Hershey items across all classes of trade.

The candidate will partner with KDMs, analyze store and market data, and maximize merchandising opportunities. A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel within the territory are required.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Business Partnering with customer KDMs to develop and execute action plans to increase sales.
• Customer Relationship Development and Management with KDMs at all levels to achieve sales objectives.
• Leverage data and trends to analyze store, product, and market information and drive selling strategies.
• Maximize sales and display opportunities through store walk-throughs and securing commitments from KDMs.
