Owens Corning is seeking a Sr. Area Sales Manager – Technical Insulation Air Distribution to drive profitable growth by delivering customer-focused solutions and executing commercial strategies across the assigned territory.

You will build strong relationships with distributors and contractors to help them grow their businesses while strengthening Owens Corning’s market position. This role goes beyond traditional sales by acting as a trusted partner to customers—understanding their needs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years in sales or account management.
• Proven success managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Experience building territory or customer growth strategies.
• Experience defining territory or customer growth strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy across priority markets.
• Build and expand distributor partnerships and manage growth plans.
• Drive contractor demand by communicating OC value proposition.
• Achieve volume growth while maintaining pricing discipline.
• Establish operating rhythm with proactive engagement and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions and remove barriers.
• Identify new business opportunities in market gaps and underserved segments.
• Maintain relationships with distributor and contractor partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and BD to align strategy and execution.
