Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and overnights.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Proficient with computers, printing, internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on client brands and products.
• Maintain high quality work and meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Ensure proper use of handheld devices and protect confidentiality.
