Job summary

XDS Bicycles is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to establish the brand in the North American market, opening new dealer accounts and getting XDS bikes on shop floors across a defined territory. This is a hands-on, field-based role that emphasizes face-to-face conversations with shop owners and managers to build lasting relationships.

You will travel frequently, cover Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee, and measure success by new dealers opened, revenue

Qualifications

• Experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory).
• 5+ years of sales experience built on relationships, not just inbound leads.
• Ability to build interest and convert into sales.
• Comfort and flexibility with traveling, opening doors, and starting conversations in person.

Responsibilities

• Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships.
• Prospect in person within your territory, including cold walk-ins.
• Take deals from first conversation through initial order.
• Train shop staff on product and positioning.
• Keep a pulse on competitors, pricing, and local market dynamics.
• Represent XDS in a professional, consistent way.
