Job summary

Trek Bicycle in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager to grow sales for Trek, Electra, and Bontrager across assigned retailers. You will act as a business partner, guiding merchandising, inventory, and staffing decisions while building trust through regular in-person visits and product training.

Ideal candidates will bring 3+ years in consultative sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency. Travel to retailer events and Trek HQ visits is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and lead sales conversations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• CRM proficiency and familiarity with sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow territory sales for Trek, Electra Bicycles, and Bontrager Accessories.
• Set sales objectives and manage forecasting, ordering, prospecting, and pipeline activity.
• Analyze dealer performance and improve sell-through, assortment, profitability.
• Develop and support retail partners to maximize Trek’s market position.
• Represent Trek at retailer events, demos, and market activations.
• Deliver product knowledge and sales training to retailer teams.
• Identify, onboard, and onboard new retail partners to expand market coverage.
• Monitor competitive activity and local market trends.
