Job summary

XDS is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the North American market, with a focus on opening dealer accounts and placing XDS bikes on shop floors. The role is field-based and hands-on, requiring frequent in-market activity across designated states.

Experience in cycling and bike shops is mandatory; 5+ years of relationship-driven sales are expected. This remote-focused, ground-floor position offers travel and field responsibilities, with an office presence in Santa Monica.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience built on relationships.
• Experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory).
• Ability to travel and interact in person with shop owners and managers.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS and open new accounts.
• Prospect in person within territory, including cold walk-ins.
• Take deals from first conversation through initial order.
• Train shop staff on product positioning and features.
• Monitor local market dynamics and competitive pricing.
• Represent XDS in a professional, consistent manner.
