Job summary

Emery Jensen, a business unit of Ace Hardware Corporation, is seeking a Territory Manager to grow profitable sales across Maryland and Delaware. You will develop strategic plans, manage retailer relationships, and drive weekly orders, promotions, and drop-ship programs while representing Emery Jensen professionally.

Candidates should have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, hardware-related background a plus, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hardware or building materials.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute a sales growth plan across a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Emery Jensen's Maryland/Delaware customer base.
• Execute new programs at the store level and drive weekly warehouse orders and promotions.
• Build strong retailer relationships and align sales strategies with customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and share sales successes.
• Travel extensively to meet customers and support partners; maintain ethical, professional conduct.
