Job summary

Odeko is seeking a Territory Sales Associate to lead revenue growth in select cities across California and the Pacific Northwest. You will secure new cafe partnerships, onboard shops to Odeko’s delivery service, and deepen relationships to drive expansion.

The role emphasizes data-driven prospecting and hands-on field engagement. We value 2+ years in sales/account management or local coffee leadership, a pipeline-driven mindset, and a passion for supporting small businesses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/account management/business development experience or local coffee community leadership experience.
• Ability to discover and close sales opportunities and build client relationships.
• Self-directed and comfortable in a constantly evolving environment.
• Experience managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Passion for coffee and small business; knowledge of local markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue goals through new customer acquisition and growing existing accounts.
• Onboard independent coffee shop owners to Odeko’s local supply delivery service.
• Leverage Odeko’s prospect database to develop new client relationships for growth.
• Own the customer relationship pre- and post-sale, focusing on retention and expansion.
