PMI U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations. Interns work with seasoned sales leaders, spend time in the field, and contribute to projects driving territory growth and retailer engagement.

Dates: June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, collaboration across teams, and presenting findings to leaders at the internship's end.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
