Job summary

Masimo in Louisville, KY is seeking a field sales professional to develop and execute the sales plan for the assigned territory, targeting Alternate Care markets including Physician Offices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Prehospital, Homecare, Long-Term Care, and WIC.

The role requires building a pipeline, meeting quotas, collaborating with regional leaders, delivering training, and traveling up to 50–80% to grow Masimo Pulse Oximetry and CO-Oximetry across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful medical device sales to Acute or Alternate Care markets.
• Experience calling on Alternate Care markets including home care chains and facilities.
• Ability to lead conference calls and build internal partnerships.
• Strategic sales planning and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; thrives in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and convert new customers in Alternate Care to achieve quotas and grow Masimo sales.
• Generate a sales pipeline and targets to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to grow Alternate Care markets and amend contracts.
• Provide product training to customers and support staff as needed.
• Coordinate with extended sales teams to accelerate adoption of Masimo products.
• Sell Masimo Pulse Oximetry and Pulse CO-Oximetry devices in the territory.
• Maintain relationships with clinical support and hospital executives to penetrate care markets.
• Meet or exceed objectives across all channels; stay updated on product releases.
