VIDA is hiring a capital sales professional to cover Kentucky and Cincinnati for a POC ultrasound device scale-up. You’ll build the territory, engage hospital leadership from user to administrator level, and develop department plans across cardiac, critical care and beyond.

Ideal candidates bring proven capital medical devices experience, strong networking and influencing skills, and the hunger to chase new business.

Job description

VIDA are partnered with an exciting POC ultrasound device scale-up to support their build out of the territory sales team. The device has a wide user base with multiple indications and hospital departments it can support from cardiac to critical care, and has AI enabled functionality.

This role is covering Kentucky as well as Cincinnati, ideally located in either Cincinnati or Louisville or Lexington. The role is a capital sales role building out the territory further. This is a mature territory, and there is already an established base of business to build on. Effective networking and influencing skills are a must to create department specific sales plans across the hospital at both a user and administrator level.

The right candidate will have experience selling capital medical devices/equipment and be able to demonstrate the ability to work as a challenger or disrupter brand against the larger corporates. You must have the hunger and desire to chase new business and have impeccable follow up and communication skills.

Alternatively, you could be a critical care / ICU / ER nurse looking to make a move into a sales role in industry. An excellent onboarding, training and on-going mentoring culture across the team ensures a high level of readiness for a medical device sales role.
