Job summary

Masimo Corporation in Houston is seeking a field-based sales professional to develop and execute the sales plan for Alternate Care markets, including Physician Offices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, EMS, and homecare. You will position Masimo Pulse Oximetry and CO-Oximetry solutions to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline, partnering with regional leaders, training customers, and expanding contracts across multisector channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful medical device sales to Acute or Alternate Care markets.
• Experience with Alternate Care channels (home care, physician offices, ASC, EMS).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel 50–80%.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet territory quota.
• Generate pipeline and target key accounts in Alternate Care.
• C0llaborate with regional leaders to grow contracts across markets.
• Provide product training to customers as needed.
• Maintain timely administration and reporting of activities.
• Interface with Masimo teams to optimize market penetration.
