Sales Talent, Inc. is hiring 4 Territory Sales Executives to build each market from the ground up in Boise, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Dallas. You’ll sell a high-value financial service to business owners, real estate investors and referral partners, with training provided.

No experience required—just solid outside sales ability. You’ll enjoy uncapped commissions, onboarding support, and strong earnings growth as your territory matures.

Qualifications

• Around 1.5+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• A true hunter who is comfortable prospecting, networking and building relationships from scratch.
• Full-cycle sales experience from first conversation through close.
• Comfortable with meetings, networking groups, conferences and industry events.
• Competitive, entrepreneurial and self-directed.
• Strong relationship-building skills with business owners and referral partners.
• No tax, accounting or cost segregation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build your own territory in Boise, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Dallas by developing a client and referral partner network.
• Sell a high-value financial service to business owners, real estate investors and referral partners.
• Develop relationships with CPAs, real estate professionals, developers and owners to generate repeat business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and nurture ongoing accounts.
