Sales Talent, Inc. is hiring 4 Territory Sales Executives in Boise, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Dallas to build each market from the ground up. You’ll sell a high-value financial service to business owners, real estate investors and referral partners, with training provided.

No experience required; this hunter role offers uncapped commissions and a 4-market start. You’ll develop your own network, build lasting relationships, and grow as markets expand alongside a fast-growing, profitable company.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Hunter who is comfortable prospecting, networking and building relationships from scratch.
• Full-cycle sales experience from first conversation through close.
• Willingness to attend meetings, networking groups, conferences and events.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust with business owners and referral partners.
• No tax, accounting or cost segregation experience required; company will train you.

Responsibilities

• Build your own territory and develop a network of clients and referral partners.
• Sell a high-value financial service to business owners, real estate investors and referral partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close and ongoing relationship management.
• Support client meals, networking and other sales-related expenses as part of the role.
