Job summary

Heritage Cutter is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales across Minnesota, western Wisconsin, Iowa, and the Dakotas. If you have a strong machining background and a proven sales record, you will drive growth for our precision cutting tools in a dynamic, customer-facing role.

You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to tailor solutions, train distributors, and expand market share while meeting aggressive sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have machining experience with manual and CNC equipment.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Engineering degree or machining certificate preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage customer relationships within the territory.
• Increase sales and profit margin in territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for territory.
• Maintain CRM updates and data accuracy.
• Review lost opportunities to adjust pricing and strategy.
• Set sales goals and report progress.
• Develop and implement sales plans.
• Coordinate internal resources to support territory.
• Communicate market trends and product competitiveness.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and report monthly.
• Provide forecast feedback to Regional Manager.
