Job summary

Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is hiring a Client Success Manager/Territory Sales Manager to join our team in northern Indiana. You will grow and retain subscription revenue for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products and manage a portfolio of franchise and large independent automotive dealers.

You will meet revenue and retention goals, manage pipelines, and expand relationships with multiple decision makers, providing data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Travel within an assigned sales territory will be required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
• Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting.
• Expand relationships with multiple decision makers at dealer clients to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations.
• Advocate for assigned dealers during implementation and onboarding of solutions.
• Respond to and route customer issues to the appropriate contact or business unit.
