Job summary

Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is seeking a Client Success Manager/Territory Sales Manager in northern Indiana. You will grow and retain subscription revenue and manage a portfolio of franchise and large independent dealers across South Bend to Michigan City and Valparaiso to Warsaw.

You’ll work with Cox Auto sales teams to drive referrals, provide insights, and build strong relationships with dealers to meet business objectives, with a focus on revenue growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 6 years' related experience.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue, retention, and referrals goals.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecasting.
• Leverage CRM and analytics tools to drive decisions.
• Build and deepen relationships with dealer clients.
• Present data-driven ROI reviews to dealers.
