Job summary

Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is seeking a Client Success Manager/ Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on growing and retaining subscription revenue for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products and growing a portfolio of franchise and large independent automotive dealers.

You will present solutions to help dealers reach objectives, provide insights on business challenges, and collaborate across sales teams to drive quality referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 6 years of related experience or an equivalent combo as described.
• Willingness to travel within an assigned sales territory.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecasting.
• Leverage data and insights to help dealers reach business objectives.
• Build and cultivate relationships with assigned dealer accounts.
• Collaborate with Cox Auto sales teams to drive referrals.
• Advocate for dealers during implementation and onboarding.
