Job summary

Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is currently hiring a Client Success Manager/Territory Sales Manager to join our Wilmington NC/Myrtle Beach SC team. You will live in this area and drive subscription revenue for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products while growing a portfolio of franchise and large independent dealers.

You will present data-driven solutions, consult with dealers to achieve business objectives, and collaborate with Cox Auto sales teams to generate quality referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; 6+ years in a related role preferred.
• Travel within the assigned sales territory is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
• Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting.
• Leverage CRM and analytics to inform dealer strategies.
• Expand relationships with dealers to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations.
• Provide data-driven consultative assessments of dealers' operational challenges and needs.
• Advocate for assigned dealers during implementation and onboarding of solutions.
• Coordinate with sales partners to identify cross-sell opportunities.
