Job summary

Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is seeking a Client Success Manager/Territory Sales Manager to grow and retain subscription revenue from dealers in the Chicago area. You will cultivate relationships with franchise and large independents, present data-driven solutions, and collaborate with Cox Auto sales teams to drive quality referrals.

You will manage pipelines, utilize analytics, and conduct ROI reviews with dealers to expand revenue while ensuring high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 6+ years of experience in a related field are required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Travel within the assigned sales territory is required; a valid driver's license is needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecasting.
• Leverage CRM and analytics tools to inform dealer decisions.
• Expand relationships with multiple decision makers to maximize revenue; minimize cancellations.
• Provide data-driven consultative assessments of dealers' operational challenges and needs.
