Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is hiring an Outside Sales Associate to cover West Tennessee through Northern Mississippi. You will participate in an 18–24 month hands-on training program with a Senior Sales Rep and travel within the assigned territory to build relationships and grow sales.

The position offers base salary with strong commission potential, excellent benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) pension plan, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant sales or business degree valued.
• Recent graduates or 1–4 years in sales considered.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Proficient with MS Office and internal systems.
• Strong work ethic and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Senior Sales Rep for 18–24 months of hands-on training.
• Travel across West Tennessee to Northern Mississippi territory.
• Develop and manage customer relationships to grow sales.
