Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group in Knoxville is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to join a high-performance sales team serving commercial roofing markets. You will train through an 18–24 month program, build relationships with customers, and contribute to a growing portfolio of building materials.

This role offers a base salary with commission potential, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and pension; travel is a core part of the job, and you will develop product and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) preferred.
• Recent graduates or 1–4 years in sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months of hands-on training.
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers.
• Promote Tremco Roofing and WTI building materials and grow sales.
