Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to cover West Tennessee to Northern Mississippi. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.

The position involves partnering with an experienced sales representative for training, traveling within the territory, and operating in the high-end building materials industry. The offered salary ranges between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years of sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to participate in the year-long training program.

Responsibilities

• Partner with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18-24 months for comprehensive training.
• Assist in gaining experience in the high-end building materials industry.
• Travel within the assigned territory.
