Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to cover West Tennessee through Northern Mississippi. You will engage in a structured 18–24 month training program with an experienced mentor to build skills in commercial roofing and territory development.

The role emphasizes active travel within the territory, relationship-building, and a strong commission-based earning potential as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Recent graduates and/or 1–4 years in sales are welcome.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to participate in a year-long training program.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months of hands-on training.
• Travel within the assigned territory to build and manage client relationships.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline and achieve targets.
• Utilize company systems to manage quotes, orders and customer data.
