Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to develop relationships and grow sales within the Fort Worth territory. You will engage roofing contractors, remodelers, builders and architects to drive demand and present programs to distributors and end users.

Ideal candidates possess 2+ years in building products sales, an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), and strong Microsoft Office skills. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits, with 100% travel possible.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in building products preferred.
Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and general computer skills.
Experience calling on roofing contractors, remodelers, builders or architects preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships and grow sales with assigned distribution customers in territory.
Frequently contact roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to drive demand.
Present products and programs to qualified distributors and end users.
Perform product knowledge (PK) training sessions with customers.
Manage territory pricing based on competitive situations.
Follow up on inquiries from customers or IKO administration in a timely fashion.
Organize and execute a business plan to meet territory sales goals and customer needs.
Utilize approved sales/marketing tools within budget.
