Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in the United States to supervise and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff. The role focuses on driving sales, stocking assigned areas, and educating store personnel about client brands.

You will report to the Market Sales Manager and work with various store teams to meet retailer expectations, with a focus on hands-on leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers and team leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device functions effectively and securely.
• Maintain confidentiality for company, client, and retailer.
