Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on supervising and developing assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. The position involves stocking, project completion, and effective store communication under the Market Sales Manager.

The candidate should be self-motivated, able to train and supervise others, and knowledgeable about product lines. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• First requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel to additional locations may be required.
• Customer service or sales experience is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English proficiency in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and other leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brands and product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Know company policies and communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld devices proficiently and maintain confidentiality.
