Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in Frisco, TX to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will lead store-level projects, stock areas, and maintain communication with store personnel while promoting product lines.

The role requires strong customer service skills, a reliable driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Rate of pay is $19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers on product lines and features and convey benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or potential barriers to Market Sales Manager.
