Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in Frisco, TX is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop sales associates, drive retailer expectations, and ensure project completion. You will train staff, communicate with store personnel, and educate customers about brand lines while maintaining client confidentiality.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to additional locations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and Seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work and meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
