Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in Frisco, TX is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop the assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will train Merchandisers, educate customers about product lines, and maintain high-quality store execution while following company policies.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs with support are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or sales is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and English-language skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and team leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Maintain store quality and adhere to client expectations and company policies.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld devices effectively and protect confidentiality.
