Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• A valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Independent and self-motivated with a flexible schedule (nights/weekends).
• Experience with electronics/technical products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Know company policies in detail.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device functions accurately and consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
