Colonial Group is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to drive sales within our retail channel, notably with Lowe's and Home Depot, across the Charlotte area. You will manage displays, monitor performance, build relationships with store staff, and educate decision makers on product benefits.

The role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. MS Office proficiency and a degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in retail sales, merchandising, or territory management.
• Experience in retail environment or merchandising/marketing roles is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update retailer product displays, adding new products and SKUs, and re-balance inventory.
• Monitor retail sales performance to identify opportunities for product placement and merchandising improvements.
• Foster positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure product visibility and effective merchandising execution.
• Educate retail key decision makers on product features, benefits, and brand positioning to drive incremental sales orders.
• Implement promotional sales strategies and support special events or product demonstrations.
• Track and report key retail metrics, including sales data and promotional effectiveness.
• Drive effective communication within the organization and collaborate with team members and other functions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
