Job summary

Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist to build strong relationships with local retailers, educate them on the client’s program, and drive merchant engagement across your territory. This field-based role requires daily store visits and close collaboration with leadership.

You will travel within your assigned market, typically performing 22–35 retailer visits per day, with a focus on in-store engagement, POS placement, and timely reporting using mobile tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or field marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within the assigned territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Introduce and educate merchants on client programs and benefits.
• Provide on-site support and answer questions to ensure merchant understanding.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials in stores.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals and coverage expectations.
