Job summary

First American’s Agency Division seeks to empower policy-issuing agents with resources and expertise to grow in Florida. The role focuses on building relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to secure new business and expand existing accounts.

The candidate will develop targeted call plans, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams to create local marketing content and effective presentations. A strong sales drive and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2-5 years of residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Builds client relationships and expands business with existing client base.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers and develops a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
• Assesses client needs and develops, presents and implements plans to meet those needs.
• Attends real estate industry functions and community events to increase visibility in the marketing area.
• Creates/adapts marketing content and social media to drive brand awareness for sales strategy.
• Delivers presentations to customer groups, agents and others.
• Partners with Operations, Marketing and Escrow teams as needed.
• Communicates proactively with clients and responds in a timely manner.
