First American is hiring a results-driven sales professional to develop and retain a residential Real Estate Agents and Brokers client base across Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Hardee, DeSoto, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties in Florida.

You will build relationships, qualify opportunities, present tailored plans, and collaborate with Marketing and operations to drive revenue growth. A valid driver's license is required and 2–5 years of industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of residential Title/Real estate sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to listen to customers and understand needs.

Responsabilités

• Builds client relationships and expands the customer base.
• Generates leads from networking, websites, and industry sources.
• Develops plans to meet client needs and presents solutions.
• Attends real estate industry events to raise brand awareness.
• Collaborates with internal marketing to create local content.
