Responsibilities

• Exercises independent discretion in handling property claims and assists claims supervisor when required.
• Investigates, interviews, and inspects damage within assigned territory and prepares estimates.
• Manages reserves, reviews reports, negotiates with parties, and documents files for closure.
• Maintains customer focus and supports agents and district sales managers as needed.
