Erie Insurance Group is seeking a Property Adjuster in the Property Damage Dept. The role offers remote work with travel within the assigned territory, serving claims and coordinating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5 years of claims handling experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Willingness to participate in Catastrophe Team and travel within territory.

Responsabilités

• Investigates, interviews, and inspects damage; prepares estimates and handles questions and litigation.
• Sets reserves, reviews reports, directs experts, determines coverage and claim value; negotiates with attorneys when needed.
• Documents claim files and submits closure reports.
• Manages subrogation and services assigned territory.
• Travels regularly within territory and communicates with agents and managers.
