Job summary

General Equipment & Supplies seeks a Product Support Sales Representative to enhance customer success through face-to-face engagement and tailored solutions in the ND region. The role focuses on selling parts, service, and small goods while building strong partnerships with customers to anticipate needs.

Based out of Minot, ND, the PSSR will coordinate with internal teams, maintain accurate records, and strive for long-term growth and satisfaction of our clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, service, heavy construction or product support.
• Must have strong customer service skills and be highly motivated.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn company software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow coverage, retention, development, and satisfaction within the assigned territory.
• Sell parts, service, and small goods in the territory.
• Prepare quotes, track visits, and manage time using CRM.
• Collaborate with departments to keep customers up and running.
