Job summary

Mr Greens seeks a motivated Sales Representative in the Atlanta area to grow a diverse customer base in the food/produce industry. You will establish new accounts, call on existing outlets, submit orders, and provide product information and practical training to customers.

The role requires 2 years of outside B2B sales in food/produce, a high school diploma, proficiency in Excel and MS Outlook, and solid English communication skills. Residency in the Atlanta area is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of outside business-to-business sales experience in the Food and/or Produce Industry.
• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Outlook; English reading/writing/speaking skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Focus sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of accounts.
• Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature; provide product information and training to customers.
• Submit activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Coordinate with Transportation to prepare client delivery windows and resolve order process issues.
• Attend sales and district meetings; communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary.
