Job summary

Royal Fresh Cuts is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our foodservice and produce operations in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on managing orders, pricing inquiries, and account support while collaborating with Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications include experience in Food & Beverage or related industries, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and CRM/ERP/order management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Food & Beverage, produce, food manufacturing, foodservice, or distribution industry required.
• Previous inside sales, account management, sales support, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, inquiries, pricing, and service-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Support customer accounts, credits, special orders, and account maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up.
• Monitor customer trends, sales activity, and market opportunities.
• Utilize CRM systems, Excel, and internal software to manage accounts and reporting.
• Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to improve customer service and fill rates.
