Job summary

Proof is seeking a motivated Server Acquisition Specialist to own supply recruitment for a designated geographic territory. You will expand the network of independent contractor process servers and help new contractors get set up on the platform while balancing speed and quality of onboarding.

You should have 2+ years in a customer-facing role, strong communication, an analytical mindset, and a proven ability to manage a sales-like pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in sales/operations/recruiting.
• Enjoys being on the phone and making/taking calls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident making tough decisions while balancing service with discipline.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and spot trends.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end acquisition for your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of independent contractors.
• Identify, target, and engage prospective contractors via outbound efforts.
• Qualify candidates based on experience, regional knowledge, and standards.
• Negotiate and set custom rates with contractors.
• Track metrics and report on acquisition efforts to management.
