Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking a Remote Education & Enablement Specialist to own how we train, inform, and support our nationwide network of independent process servers. You will drive onboarding, knowledge base quality, and communications that keep the field informed and supported at every step.

You will work within the Process Server Experience team, collaborating with Support, Product, and Dispatch to ensure accurate, actionable content and timely updates for field partners across the country.

Qualifications

• Experience managing communications, content, or enablement programs for a distributed, non-desk audience.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding end-to-end for independent contractors.
• Maintain process-server resources and knowledge base with cross-team alignment.
• Plan and execute end-to-end communications for releases and policy changes.
• Create internal enablement kits (talking points, FAQs) for frontline teams.
• Monitor ticket themes and content gaps; translate into updates.
