• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience building trust-based relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory and become the subject-matter expert on regional rules.
• Match jobs to process servers quickly and manage dispatch queue to meet SLA.
• Build relationships with servers; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email to coordinate paths forward.
