Troy Lee Designs is seeking experienced Independent Sales Representatives to cover select U.S. territories, selling to motorcycle dealers and specialty retailers. This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role with no base salary.

Representatives own their territory, develop dealers, open new accounts, present seasonal products, and drive revenue. Travel is required to grow the dealer network and achieve sales objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in motorcycle/powersports or related retail environment.
• Established relationships with motorcycle dealers are strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop a territory, prospect for new business, and close sales.

• Own sales performance and business development within the assigned territory.
• Achieve established monthly, seasonal, and annual sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with authorized motorcycle and powersports dealers.
• Prospect for and open qualified new accounts to strengthen distribution and market presence.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory for dealer visits, product presentations, and order management.
• Present seasonal product launches, programs, and promotions to dealers.
• Educate dealer staff on products, technologies, and selling opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and market conditions.
