L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a self-driven Independent Territory Sales Representative to grow and manage independent retail accounts across a defined geographic territory.

This 1099 contractor role focuses on new business development, servicing existing customers, and driving sales growth through strong in-store relationships. The position emphasizes uncapped commission potential with a 10% commission on new accounts (first invoice) and 8% on ongoing sales for existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CPG sales experience in independent retail or drug channels.
• Proven success in territory management and business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with excellent organization and time management.
• Willingness to travel frequently by personal vehicle.
• Tech-savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office and sales enablement tools.

Responsabilités

• Identify and open new retail accounts within the assigned territory.
• Present product lines, promotions, and programs to customers.
• Onboard new accounts and secure first orders.
• Maintain accurate account records and visit logs.
• Drive topline sales growth through upselling and planogram compliance.
• Travel within territory to visit stores regularly.
