L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a self-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow and manage independent retail accounts within an assigned geographic territory.

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with uncapped commission potential. The role focuses on developing new business, servicing existing customers, and driving sales growth through strong in-store relationships and professional account management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CPG sales experience in independent retail or drug channels.
• Proven success in territory management and business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and open new retail accounts within the territory.
• Present product lines, promotions, and programs to customers.
• Onboard new accounts and secure first orders.
• Maintain prospect and account records.
• Service existing accounts on a regular schedule.
• Write accurate sales orders and manage inventory prompts.
• Maintain merchandising standards and product placement.
• Communicate opportunities and feedback to management.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for independent drug channels.
• Drive topline growth through upselling and promotions.
